This class is designed to help those who are looking to burn off some body fat. Get moving in this high energy, fast paced boot camp! This is a full body resistance class that will have your heart pumping and your metabolism racing! Enlist in this course if you want to be pushed past your current training levels with fellow participants. The format will be eight stations that will be performed in sequential order in 30, 45, and 60 second intervals. Group drills will be done in between station bouts. The class will vary each day and utilize weights, bands, machines, kettlebells, balls, and step blocks. Each class is designed to challenge the cardiovascular system and also work all of the major muscle groups. Participants can expect increases in strength, endurance, cardiovascular efficiency, basal metabolic rate, and….the amount of fat loss achieved!
